BCBM are happy to work with the OS-style booking charts. Ex-Ownerships owners know the system is fair and it has worked well for 20 years. I would like to thank everyone who has paid their contributions to the interim plan account. Some owners who live outside the UK have been concerned that the insurance cover on the boats might not be valid for them. I've had confirmation today from Towergate Mardon that the cover does include all owners of shared ownership narrowboats formerly in the Ownerships scheme and insured by them, regardless of whether they are UK residents or not.

Some groups of boat owners have decided to take out a 'Gold' subscription to River Canal Rescue in the light of uncertainty about how long the former Ownerships helpline can continue. Owners of shared ownership boats should now have received a list of bills relating to your boat that Ownerships did not pay, and I would like to thank Moire and Kasia for working so hard to get these out to everyone. These, of course, are bills that Ownership should have paid for you and they constitute a part of the list of  unsecured creditors that will be generated as part of the winding up

Graham Scothern has sent me a note to let me know that he will continue to maintain TV and satellite equipment on the boats. If this requires his attendance on site, it probably won't fall within the scope of the interim plan, but sending equipment to him probably would.

I have now re-insured Apperley, Bronington, Shadow, Slipstream, Sojourn, Sometimes, Sorceress, Sovereign and Sundowner for a further 12 months. I understand that the other shared ownership boats at Tattenhall have been re-insured directly by owners.

I've had one or two transfers into the interim plan account that I haven't been able to identify immediately, although I'm sure the bank will give me the details. It seems,though, that the reference only appears in on-line statements when the facility on your on-line banking to 'Pay a bill' or similar is used.  When you use the 'Transfer funds' facility, I see either the account name or a string
